      About Swordcery: Swordcery is a fantasy RPG with a focus on puzzles. It is a "point-and-click" game and uses a turn-based combat system that has clear differences with the "D&D" or other similar RPG games. "Swordcery: Prologue" is the first game in the Swordcery series. This game has only basic features like attacking enemies and solving puzzles, it's a beta build that can have bugs. Although there are also some minor improvements. The description of the game was written in the first month of the development. The game was never updated or released for any other reason than just the development process. At the time of the upload of this file, you will see it has some pre-alpha game assets and no cinematics. Its like a high school student who gets a car for Christmas with a manual transmission and his dad having a fit just because he didn't get a stick shift. “Didn't see that coming.” “Am I just too old to understand.” “Yuma still has some adjusting to do.” “WAIT FOR THE INTERACTIVE NOTES AND THE DETAILS.” “I don't appreciate the attitude, Yuma!” “Rena is...touchy.” This is a calm, easy to understand, very likeable take on a traditional visual novel in a much different format. The first few hours are all straight forward, and then it takes a sharp turn for the better towards the mid point. There are only two characters the player can actually control (Yuma and Rena), which helps ground the more traditional parts of the story. This is mostly a story about growing up, and how to deal with some of the biggest changes in life that we all have to face. The topic is definitely a positive one, and shows Yuma and Rena grow as people by facing their issues together. The biggest issue with Paradise is that it's short. It doesn't start off with much (unless you play the demo). It does it's job, and then stops there. It does add in some side missions here and there, but the biggest problem is that it doesn't have enough time for the player to really get to know the characters. Basically, it never ends. The game has a sense of flow, but it's never enough to make you forget the time it took you to get to the end. This is a slow paced game, which is one of its best features. It's easy to get sucked in and lose
